Instacart's cutting-edge enterprise technology also influences the e-commerce platforms of some of the world's greatest retail players, encouraging their white-label websites, applications, and delivery solutions.
Fremont, CA: Instacart, the principal online grocery platform in North America, introduced "Priority Delivery," a new experience that opens faster grocery delivery for customers across the U.S. and Canada. As a share of this launch, customers in some of the biggest cities in the U.S. will now have entry to grocery delivery in as soon as 30 minutes.
With Preference Delivery, Instacart brings the in-store express lane online, assisting customers instantly get what they want to be delivered from their favorite grocers and specialty retailers. In addition, with this launch, Instacart is unveiling a new Priority Delivery product experience that makes it even mere for customers to find the fastest delivery windows accessible in their area.
With Priority Delivery, customers in exceeding 15 of the largest cities in the U.S., comprising Chicago, Los Angeles, San Diego, Miami, San Francisco, and Seattle, across more than 300 store locations, will now be capable of accessing 30-minute delivery from dozens of beloved grocers and specialty retailers in their area, comprising Ralphs, Safeway, Sprouts Farmers Market, and Stater Bros.
After this first launch, Instacart intends to bring 30-minute delivery to more cities across more retailer locations over the coming months. Moreover, as part of the Priority Delivery launch, Instacart is expanding 45-minute and 60-minute delivery for more customers in more cities nationwide, doing the weekly grocery shopping quicker than ever before.
Daniel Danker, Vice President of Product at Instacart, said, "We know that no two grocery shops are formed equal - whether it's a bulk buy for the week ahead or only a handful of ingredients for tonight's dinner - so we're launching new characteristics that support the various ways people shop for their groceries today."

Instacart is accompanied by new product experiences that make it even easier for customers to shop from the Instacart marketplace and find their favorite retailers and the fastest delivery windows available in their area.
Priority Delivery provides customers a real-time view of the most closed open delivery windows - defined by a new lightning bolt icon, allowing customers to shop following what they need when they need it and where they want to shop.
